Phase 1: Into the Valley (11:00—11:20)U.S. soldiers will move across the open meadow from the White Shed toward Leroy's Bridge in echelon-right formation while searching for and recovering a supply box that had been covertly dropped prior to startex. Then, they will advance into the forest across Leroy's Bridge to make contact with the local people while maintaining restrictive rules of engagement.
Phase 2: Resolute Support (11:20—11:40)The U.S. will plant they're respawn pole at the Castle and will proceed to peacefully interview the Afghan civilians to identify those with security clearances for recruitment into the national security forces. This mission will involve searching the entire structured area including the Castle, Prison, and School. Civilians who have not been recruited will report to Wolves' Den to await further instructions.
Phase 3: Forward Operating Base (11:40—12:00)U.S. forces will advance and enter the MAC Complex to establish a forward operating base (FOB) by raising their American flag in the tower and setting up defensive positions within the fence. The new recruits will need to be trained and decorated with U.S. faction patches.
Phase 4: Operation Mavericks (12:00—13:00)The U.S. will dispatch elements to raid six Taliban madrassas and capture munitions to bring back to the FOB. The Taliban won't take kindly to this aggressive action.
Phase 6: Head of the Snake (14:00—15:00)The Supreme Leader of the Taliban, Mullah Mohammed Omar, is on the run. U.S. forces must use GPS to hunt him down before he escapes at 15:00. He was last seen wearing black clothing.U.S. soldiers must bring him to their FOB before endex. Regardless of whether he's hit, he can't see very well and will move with you if you have him at gunpoint.
